The Cellars is licensed for wine sales and includes a commercially licensed distillery.
The facility supports research conducted on specific winemaking problems and offers educational opportunities for Missouri State department of agriculture students who are interested in enology. Public educational events for artisan distillers and home winemakers are offered annually.
